I have decalre
myself and my partner have declared bankrupcy in Jan, I have had my home valued today by an estate agent and we appear to have around 10k equity, Not Good, I have to contact My OR now will I loose my home!!!

Hi

I suggest that you contact two more independent estate agents and ask for written valuations for a quick sale. Say that you are seeking employment in a new area and need to sell the propertyy fast. Come back to the forum when you have got these two new valuations.
