I was made bankrupt in September 2009 and currently working part time earning approx £1.2k/month. If my pay increased to £4k/month how would that affect my early discharge and monthly repayments? Could they prolong my period of repayments?

Hi Lowrikin

if you have an increase in your income you must notify the OR within a month.

they will then review your income and expenditure

Disposable income over £99 may result in a 3 year IPA the amount that you pay will be between 50 - 70% of the total

regards Richard
