Hello all from a sunny Cornwall. Hope you are all enjoying this glorious sun that we all deserve :-)

My husband and I went bankrupt last June. I was discharged on 31st December. From filling out the form and to the discharge it took around 10-11 weeks. My question is: My husband has not received a form for early discharge. Is the likelihood now that he will just get automatic discharge in June as he only has 7 and a half weeks to wait :-) Will he have to fill out another I&E form? Or would he have heard something by now.

Thanks for reading.

With only 7.5 weeks to go to AD it is unlikely that your hubby will receive an ED. The OR can ask you to complete a new I&E at any time during your BR but with so little time before AD chances are you won't hear anything from the OR.

If your hubby has an IPA then he could be asked to complete a new I&E at any point until the IPA ends.
