You can do it yourself fairly easily, most of what you need will be in your IVA proposal
if you go to www.insolvency.gov.uk then you can fill them in and save as you go along, it also has guidance notes
If you get stuck just ask a question.
If you get really stuck and absolutly cant do them you still have the option to pay for help then.
As for expenses you can pay a fair share of your the overall household expenses, so if you are one of 3 adults you can put down 1/2 of the rent, water, gas, elec atc plus your own food and travel expenses etc |

Hi Andrew
unless you have pdf pro you will not be able to save on to a computer. so might be easy to print off a copy yourself and work through the forms in rough.
This forum host will do a form filling service if you require. (obviously a fee)
If you have anything other than a straight forward bankruptcy, i would recommend speaking to one of the experts.
Even with a straight forward BR make certain that you have properly planned your petition, wages, bank accounts, car, assets and ongoing expenditure, Houses in costa pay packet etc
If you are uncertain give one of the experts a call
good luck regards Richard |

Hi Andrew again

you will also need a certficate of failure from your IVA before applying for BR.. miss at least three payments.
