Hi. I have been in bankruptcy for eight months now. My car was made an exempt asset due to the fact that it is used for work. I work part time. I'm in a position where I would to terminate my employment to concentrate on my studies. My question is, will the receiver seize my vehicle if I leave my job ?
hi and welcome to the forum if the car has been exempt it is exempt. regardless of your job or financial status it is safe
