Will I be able to keep my tools if they are worth nearly 2500? It would be rather difficult to replace them with something else yet they are joint assets with my spouse.

Hi Paul,

yes, you will be allowed to keep such tools, books, vehicles and equipment as you require for your personal use in any employment, business or vocation.

I hope this assists. If you have more questions, post back - there is always someone here to assist and many will share their experiences - that is invaluable.

Good luck, Richard
