i went bankrupt in march this year and am getting engaged to my girlfriend beginning of may, if we were to get married would my bankruptcy affect my partners credit rating after we got married.
she owns her house outright so if we were to move she would not need a mortgage to buy as we would downsize. and i would not be on the deeds.
Provided you and your girlfriend had no joint debts, she would not be affected by your bankruptcy in any way
