sorry what I would like to know is immediately after BR has been declared the OR is in control of your finances, and my question is how long does the OR control your everyday expenditure/banking etc does it run for the full year or is the financial control shorter for everyday expenses
The OR does not control your finances in that sense, you still receive your income into and account you choose nd pay all of your normal household bills as normal
how long does the OR have an interest in finances
