Hi All
can anyone help - My husband and I went BA together there is some equity in the property. OR is asking 9,000 can a friend of mine just by my half???

Hi Tracey,

The OR will need to realise the beneficial interest in the property, but you can nominate anyone you like to buy it. Hope this helps.

If you both went BR, then both your beneficial interests will need to be realised which will keep your home safe.
