Hi everbody
I went to court today. Suprisingly not as painful as I would have expected.I had a messy case as you all now(gambling and overpaid wages 2 years ago), but the judge did not ask a single question.
2 years stress eased off in a minute.Wish you all you out there the best of luck, and I think based on my case experience I dare to say do not worry, will be OK. keep you informed.

The chances are your OR interview will be a 20 minute phone call, so just make sure you have a copy of your SOA in front of you and you'll be fine.

Hi Les,

It depends on a variety of factors such as the level of debt and if a business was involved. Inm addition (just to complicate matters further), although all the OR offices work to the same guidelines, they all operate slightly differently.
