Woo done it !! Yes went today saw the judge and spoke very breifly to the OR what a relieve just have to wait for offical interview now and wait and see whats going to happen to the house etc. For the first time in ages may get a half decent nights sleep !!
Well done luckuone. The OR interview is nothing to worry about. Just make sure you are 100% honest with them and no matter how you ended up in your financial situation it won't be something they haven't heard before.
it will take a month or so for your creditors to get the message. I think your expert normally sends a letter to them on your behalf straight away.
The OR will write in about a 4 - 6 weeks.
in the short term you will get phone calls and letters, should you desire to speak to them all you have to do is mention your court, bankruptcy reference and if you want to be really nice your OR
. they can find out the rest but they will want to push for more info from you.
