| hi newbie on here but follower of iva.co.uk just a quick question, what will have if you have recently been using ovrdraft just as you are applying for bankruptcy. we are using it to survive before debts can be dealt with |

Hi amyc and welcome. I have seen your posts on IVA forum, and as others have stated the worse that would happen is the OR will slap you with a BRO/BRU.
A BRO effectively extends the imposition of bankruptcy on individuals for the period specified in the order of between 2 - 15 years.
However, you using your OD to survive is no different than most people do before considering BR.
I understand from your IVA posts that you are worried you would be declined BR.
You won't be declined with £22k debt, and the judge will be able to see that you have tried an IVA, and this will work in your favour.
