I had a disagreement with the Co-op about it this afternoon - I'd ordered the wrong statement by mistake (completely my fault) and when I phoned up the guy I spoke to didn't tell me about the charge so there wasn't enough money in the account and the statement wasn't ordered.
The woman I spoke to was completely unhelpful and not like anyone else I've spoken to at the Co-op and I ended up hanging up on her and re-ordering it myself online!
I'm going on holiday on Saturday so I'm going to worry about it when I get back!
