If i get back together with my partner the only income i will recieve is carers allowance and dla, child benefit and tax credits. The tax credits are obviously variable according to said partners wages so cannot be relied on as my income to that value. How will they assess that in my bankruptcy? Also there is nowhere on the forms to put the additional costs of caring for a disabled child. She eats more, i have more washing and drying, i have to pay for special equipment and insurances for some of her equipment. How do i go about getting that across? Thanks Lisa s
