Hi,
After checking my credit report on equifax I realise that none of my standing orders are listed, such as my monthly payments for car insurance, gas/electric, water, etc. I would have thought these would be included as they are classified as 'credit'. For some odd reason, Virgin Media is listed, which I also pay monthly, but none of the others. All that is listed are credit cards, bank accounts and loans. Is this right? I'm more confused about my credit now than before I looked on equifax.

Hi Xmas Baby, there are 3 credit reports, Equifax, Experian and i think the third is Call Credit....(I can never fully recall the 3rd one as i never use it! Each credit company will use their preferred option, so sometimes you have to read all 3 reports to find the 'whole' picture. Utility companies are not recorded on either of them though.
Hope this helps

Mel's right, the third one is Call Credit, and they aren't exactly accurate. They had me as BR at 2 different courts and in an IVA!
