Hi guys

2 questions

1) I have a joint account with my husband, i am going bankcrupt, if i take his name off the joint account can the overdraft be included in my bankcruptcy?

2) will they take my husbands income into consideration in whether i will need to do a payment order after my bankcruptcy?

I didn't have to give any details of my partner's income, only the amount he contributed to the household expenditure.
