Hi aa Glad it went ok in court - not too bad is it? My OR interview was over the phone too - she basically worked through the SOA and asked lots of questions around the build up of debt. She didn't spend much time on specific creditors or on my living expenses. It took about an hour in total and I found her quite understanding of my situation. Nearly there aa!!
These telephone interviews are normally conducted by a B3 examiner at the OR's office and usually last about 20 minutes. They will confirm your "story" as well as ask questions about what the debts were used for. It's always useful to have a copy of your SOA in front of you for reference.
