Hi all we have our OR call tommorrow we have no DI however we do have a house if the OR thinks that we could rent somewhere cheaper than our mortgage would we be expected to do this if there was no equity in our home. If we did rent somewhere that was say £300 cheaper than our mortgage would the difference have to be paid into the bankrupcy and if so for how long ? Any help really appreciated its like waiting to go to court all over again.

The OR won't be interested in your house if there is no equity in it. You will be able to buy the BI and keep paying the mortgage even if you can rent somewhere cheaper.

Good luck with the call. Try not to worry, just be completely honest with the OR and there won't be any problems. No matter how you ended up in your current financial situation it won't be something that the OR hasn't heard before and they are very non-judgemental.
