Hi everyone

My OR emailed me to say since I have an informal tennancy agreement/rather than a Assured Short... she would post a standard letter of notification to my landlord.
This is absolutely fine as my landlord is expecting it, but I just wondered if anyone has ever seen one of those letters and what does it say??

Haven't seen a letter but it will probably just be a case of the OR advising the Landlord that you have been declared BR and verifying that you don't have any outstanding rental payments that could be included in the BR.
