Hi all just a quick one we have had our OR phone call waiting for them to instruct us to have house valued looks like we will lose it. My question is - our mortage payments are £945 a month if we rent somewhere that is alot cheaper will we then be put onto an IPA as we will then have a DI. We have a year to find somewhere when we are discharged if we then find somewhere else can an IPA be enforced onto us ?

if you have a DI because of cheaper rent within the 12 months you risk an IPA
if your DI remains below £100 until discharge then an IPA can not be gained after discharge
realistically if you continue to pay the mortgage until about 9 months then stop and use the money to pay for rental deposit etc.
