i am only a named person on the mortgage and deeds are in partners name will the house be repossesed

(i presume you mean if you alone were going bankrupt) Is there any equity in the property, how long has he owned it, were you ever on the deeds, did you contrinute to the deposit, the mortgage ar in general to the household
