Hi all me again. Got my date come through its 13th of this month. I hope i get accepted im so so worried. Just wondering because i have not paid my bills this month because in going bankrupt what do i tell them. I have a provident account and she came to collect the money the other day my mom said i was not in she is coming to collect the money again soon what do i do or say to them. i cant have any one knocking my moms door. Thank you.

At this stage you could tell them you are ging bankrupt, there is not enough time for them to do anything now, they may try telling you some rubbish but just be firm but polite with them

Hi

I agree with debtinfo.

Now that you have a date for making yourself bankrupt you shouldn't pay any creditor anything, unless it is essential (gas, elec, rent, phone etc)

There's no harm in telling anyone who calls that you are going bankrupt and give them the details of the Court and date
