Could someone please help me as I have been asked to fill in my income and out goings as I have had overtime for the last three month and received an increase and bones?
The overtime is now finished!
I was declared bankrupt in September last year and was not paying my creditors any money as there was nothing left.
As I received this the CSA is increasing my money and at the time I received the bones I was still paying Moon Beaver the last payment for the no tax certificate and I was also paying the new tax certificate at the same time.
I would like to know what the acceptable allowance is for a single man with a 16 years old son living with him and two small boys (4&6) that come every second week end from Friday night to Sunday night?
Am I permitted high expenses as I am diabetic and have a special diet, and my 16 year old son’s mom lives in South Africa and I wanted to send him there as he did not see her last year because off finances. Why should he have to suffer?

Hi Heavy d
no problem with extra allowance for diabetic and speacial diet, no guidlines except list every thing that you need and claim the lot for diet.

think you will have to discuss direct with OR for your 16 yr old son, i did read somewhere that a child should still be allowed to continue school activities and not be dissadvantaged because of BR parent(s)

if you feel that you have a special case for larger allowance for the whole family, run a diary / log on every thing that you spend thenyou have the information to discuss with the OR, they may give some things but take others so worth a try.

regards Richard
