i live withe my perants i have only 2 blue ray players one for my perants i have 1000dvds and 200 bluerays i am disabeld i spend most of the day in bed will i lose my dvds and blurays if i go bankrupt

Hi George

you parents will be unaffected as the blue ray players is their property.

your collection of DVDs and blue rays should be safe, unless you have a gold plated collecters signed first edition worth many many thousands.

The OR will assess the value on resale value not new value, you can have household goods after BR as long as one individual item is not worth more than £500
