I received my early discharge last year but have not done anything to clean up my credit reports. When I checked with Experian's website my debts had not been marked as settled or partially settled. One additional problem I have is that I lost my Statement of Affairs when I moved house so I can't prove that my debts were included in the bankruptcy. I have my early discharge notice with the court's stamp. Can I just send a photocopy of the discharge notice along with a letter to each of my creditors asking them to update my file? Or will I need the S.O.A?
