Hello all

I'm in court on Monday morning and have two basic questions ( my head is mashed I've lost where I am up to)

1) Exactly how much money will I need to take to court to declare myself Bankrupt?

2) How many unsigned copies of forms 6.27 and 6.28 do I need to take along with me?

Thanks

1. £600

2. It's normally 3 copies of each form. Some courts say 1 (RCOJ London), others say 2 but for most courts it's 3 copies. Don't sign any of the forms before you attend the court as they will need to be witnessed by the BR Clerk.

Good luck.

I'd take 3 copies to be on the safe side. I didn't have enough and although the court copied them for me they charged me £14 for the pleasure!

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!
