Hi all

Another few questions if thats ok?

Following on from Court last Friday I have wrote to all of my creditors to inform them that I am BR (I looked at is as a bit of Therapy) and hoping it will stop my phone from ringing and the post man dropping vast amounts of letters at my door.

My question is regarding my 'More Than' house insurance and 'Axa' car insurance. Do I have an obligation to inform them that that I have declared myself BR? I don't owe them any money and pay monthly by Direct Debit. I have looked at the policy and can't see anything that stands out. Looking on there Websites also hasn't helped.

I have visions of having to make a claim in say 6months time and them turning around saying that I am not covered due to my BR.

Thank you once again

If it's not clear from the policy documents it might be worth an anonymous call to them to be sure. I spoke to Churchill and they didn't have a problem, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Hi

As Tracey has said worth looking at the small print - some firms will not accept BR - If that is the case with your firm, try the Co-op Insurance, like the Co-op Bank, they are BR friendly

Good luck, Richard
