i have currently a apyment fo debt scheme with consumer credit which i paid 359 month for the last 5 years lloyds tsb decided they wanted more than the payment & took money from my account then charged we £185 when the direct debit did not have enough money in due to them doing this 3 times since february

Hi Kenneth, welcome to the forum.

I advise that you get a new bank account open with someone that isn't one of your creditors, so that they can't dip into your money. You should really have been advised this before your debt plan began.

Get in touch with CCCS and tell them what's happened.
