I'm presently in arrear on om mortagage payments(my mortgage is for £105,000.00)and i'm a single parent i cannot afford to maintain this house any longer, i'm unemployed due to depression and looking after my kids, is Bankruptcy right for me?

The only person who can say whether BR is right or not is you but it does sound like BR may be your only option if there is no equity in the property. I would recommend speaking to the CAB, CCCS or National Debtline to discuss your options. You can also speak to the experts below that post on this board:

If you do decide to declare BR then you need to plan it as you will be giving up the house so would need to arrange other accommodation.
