I was made bankrupt Sept 2009 and ED in July 2010.

I gave all details of creditors including dormant accounts to the OR when made Bankrupt.

I have just recieved a statement out of the blue from Post Office credit card with nill balance (£5000 limit) so i rang them up to query it and they advised me that this account is live and will be sending me a new credit card.

I think i remember recieving a letter from post office when made bankrupt that the OR had contacted them.

I wasnt oweing the post office C/C any money so if they are sending me a new credit card would i be in a position to use it (sensibly offcourse) ????

Yes, there is no problem using the card. The OR should have contacted all of your creditors and your details would also be available to companies on the Insolvency Register and the London Gazette. As you are no longer BR you are not obliged to tell creditors that you were BR unless they ask so there won't be any problems using the card.
