how much does it cost to declaire bankruptcy?or would we be better of doing it as a join.

Hi
It costs £600 to petition for your bankruptcy. You may qualify for a reduction of up o £150 off if you have a low income or have certain benefits.

You can only petition as a couple if you were in a business partnership together .
