Hello,
Wondering if you can give me some advice. I went bankrupt in Nov 07 and was discharged in Sept 08 - so it has been two years now. I have a current account with Nationwide it is Joint with my mum. My credit card with nationwide was included in my bankruptcy, but I didn't owe anything on my current account. They have let me carry on using the account, but on my online banking the credit card still shows up, and on my credit report it is still marked as default but satisfied. I am worried if I phone them to ask to take it off my online account and to mark it is satisfied or part satisfied on my credit report that they are going to take away my actual current account......and they have allowed me to set up an isa and savings account with them...so I wouldn't want to jepodise this.... so shall i just leave it - or shall I phone them and risk it?!!!
