Thanks eveyone, to reply to a few of you, the £1,600 wasn't including court fee's of £600 each !!
Needless to say since reading your responses we wont be using them!!
Thankyou, the last thing we need is to be ripped off.

My Daughter is already writing her christmas list aaahhhhh!!!

We assume we are in neg equity and I think we will be for a while, We are getting some valuations at the moment.

I've tried the CAB but I can never get through to make appointment I guess there very busy!!

Paul, I don't understand why you think that this site encourages everyone to go to the CAB. Yes they might be mentioned, but the usual advice is contact one of the experts who posts on the forum.

Debbie, that's daylight robbery! You really don't need to pay that much, if anything.

I have always found this forum to be fair in it's recommendations. I don't think there is any particular push for everyone to go to the CAB.
