ive been seperated from my wife for 6 months she has decided now to declare herself bancrupt, we have a joint mrtgage that i pay, will her creditors come looking for me to pay her debts

Once your wife declares BR any joint debts will revert to you so creditors will come looking for these to be paid. Any debts that were hers alone will be written off in her BR and you will not be expected to pay.
