I have managed to download for doc 6-27 but cannot download doc 6-28, I have also been to my local court to obtain these documents but the 6-28 was missing from these aswell. Please could you let me know how I can get hold of a copy ?

You can download it from http://www.insolvencyhelpline.co.uk/bankruptcy/bankruptcy_forms.php. There is also a guidance form on the site for form 6.28 as well, which may help.
