Hi just a quick question regarding our new coop cashminder account. We opened this last month and have transferred wages direct debits etc all over. Do I need to list this on my SOA or miss it off and inform the OR, the account is in credit as we need money for our bills etc, do I put the amount of credit on the form under cash at bank? Thanks any advice will be great

You do not need to list the 'new' account on the forms ( i always advise against this as it saves the OR freezing the account and then having to unfreeze which can take up to 5 working days and i would not want anyone to not have access to their monies)

On the forms list all accounts where you owe money

When you have your chat with the OR you can let them know the new account info.

apologies missed the last bit - the cash at bank section refers to people who have been trading - you do not list your 'credit' in your bank current account here, Melanie
