What sort of questions will the official receiver ask.

They will ask about:

- Your creditors
- How you got into debt
- What you used each debt for i.e. why you took out a loan, etc.
- Any assets you have

In my case they pretty much just went through my SOA.

Hi

As GOOD has said, they will follow the Statement of Affairs really. Make sure you have that with you at interview.

Do not worry about the process, just be open and honest
