 My father was declared bankrupt several years ago

My father was declared bankrupt several years ago, he passed away in August this year. Two businesses have since produced bills dating back more than 7 years. Surely this cannot be right.

How long ago was he bankrupt, what are these business's asking for now etc

He was declared bankrupt in 2005. Between them they want £2000, one of the bills dating back to 1999.

Sorry to lean of your Fathers passing.

As has been said, all should have been contained and therfore "lost" in the BR. In the first instance, tell the creditors of this
