BR v IVA

Hello,

I am just a few days away from creditors meeting for an IVA but stil have thoughts as to whether BR would be better.

I have Ł40k of debts.

My car on HP has a value of Ł4,000 but I still owe Ł4,800 on the finance
My property was valued at Ł125k - I have secured loans of Ł110k

Is there anyway to keep both my car & property if I went for BR, as this is the only reason I have so far opted for an IVA.
