I jointly own a property with my partner . he was made bankrupt. I purchased his share from os. is the property now 100% mine, we own it as joint tenancy

I think that he is still the owner of the property. You just purchased the interest from the OR.

Ownership still remains with you and your partner jointly - it is simply the BI that has passed from the OR when your partner filed for BR
