Hi
If I declared myself bankrupt would I be able to work as a registered care home manager under the care quality commission??

There is nothing in the BR restrictions that would stop you working in this profession however you would need to check the contract to see if there is a clause preventing insolvent people from being employed. Some companies do not like insolvent people handling money so if the job involves financial aspects then there may be problems.
