BUISNESS WITH RESIDENTIAL PROP 200K SECURED COMM LOAN AND 56K MORT .CAN THEY REPOSSES WHOLE PROP EVEN IF I HAVE KEPT UP WITH 56K MORTG PAYMENTS BUT NOT THE 200K COMMERCIAL PAYMNTS?
Hi Alnoor and welcome to the forum, It just depends upon what's happening. Are you declaring yourself bankrupt, or are you being declared bankrupt by a creditor, or do you have a company that is being wound up?
