For personal BR they will pretty much go through the SOA so will need to know:
- The reason you initially took out the credit - When you took the credit out - The monthly repayment - How you got into the financial position you are now i.e. needing to declare BR - Any assets i.e. car, house, etc. - Your I&E
Personal BRs interviews are normally held via the telephone. If you are declaring Business BR then you will probably be invited to attend an interview in person as the OR can need more information. |

Hi, as gettingoutofdebt said you'll be asked about the information you have supplied in your SOA, but one other question always asked is:
Was there a realistic expectation that when the loan/credit was obtained, that the payments could be met?
Also from your other post:
BUISNESS WITH RESIDENTIAL PROP 200K SECURED COMM LOAN AND 56K MORT .CAN THEY REPOSSES WHOLE PROP EVEN IF I HAVE KEPT UP WITH 56K MORTG PAYMENTS BUT NOT THE 200K COMMERCIAL PAYMNTS?
I would say that you would definitely be interviewed face to face over your business affairs, but only if you are trading as a sole trader, if the commercial loan is tied in with a company it wouldn't, unless of course you PG'd it(personally guarantee).
