Hi, are you talking about the actual court hearing or the interview with the OR?
Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.

What forms have you been asked to take? Is this a personal BR or a business BR? |

Hi Kevin, you may not need extra paper work for court, just yourself and a petiton.
If your case isn't complicated, i.e no business debts, sole trader etc. then you might need things like pay slips, statements etc to hand for your telephone interview with the OR(or an examiner on behalf of the OR), as basically the interview goes through your SOA(statement of affairs).
If your in rented accommodation the OR will need to see a copy of the tenancy agreement, unless it's through a housing association, in which case they don't need to.
Hope this helps.
