Hi all, first post and must say this place is a bit of relief to know other people are going through similar situations.

i think BR is now my only option but im just wondering is their anything i should consider before actually filling the forms out and going to the court ?

for example my wife has been paying the telephone bills and cable tv bills for months now but they are actually in my name, once br are you allowed to have internet , phone and tv etc ? or should i change the accounts to my wifes name prior ?

im also self employed will this affect how the BR is handled as some of my clients will be going on my creditors list ?

i really dont know what to do anymore and im hoping BR will be the option as been in quite a dark place for a while now.
