My husand and I went BR in Sept 2008 and was discharged in May 2009, we are trying to clear our credit report which is proving rather diffuicult, we have so far 2 creditors which were included in the BR that have not updated our file..We have written to them twice and nothing can we call them or is their someone we can report them too to make/ensure they update our file?
