I need to declare myself bankrupt but don't jave the money to do this

Hi Naomi

this is a similar thread to many people and rather ironic that we have to pay to go BR when we are declaring that we do not have any money

one option is too wait for a creditor to make you BR, highly unlikely but you will have to endure a number of months of phone calls and letters

not many charities have the money to give to support BR but ex services do help.

stop paying your creditors and put the money aside to pay for bankruptcy is an option.

if you are on certain types of benefit, you can claim a fee reduction £150

I have a feeling that there are some utility companies that will help with the fees but don't know which ones offhand.
