Hi everybody,I have lots of burning questions about my soon to filed BR..but one
I could do with answering asap is:
If I am going BR do I need to file a self assesment tax return for 09/10 as the deadline is in a few days and I haven't done my books yet and my accountant doubts he'll have them done in time..also will any money owed be included in my BR along with nearly a years worth of NI payments.Thank you in advance for any replies

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Yes, you will still need to file your tax return on time, or you will be penalised. However any charges and your NI arrears will be included in your bankruptcy.
