Hi can somone please explain to me what this actually means... Order suspending bankrupt’s discharge under Section 279(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 until the fulfillment of conditions as specified in the Order made by the Court

It means that the bankrupt has not co-operated with the Official Receiver and will remain bankrupt indefinitly until they do rather than the usual 1 year

I know someone who has been in that position for 8 years now - they do not seem to be concerned - I would be
