hi im looking for an answer to this querie if anyone can let me know tonight as i have just found something out ,that i think may be good news,ok joined that credit expert tonight got my credit file and low and behold there is no mention of my bancrupcy,but on my husbands file there is,on mine it says positive factors of your profile are that you have no ccjs and havent been bancrupt in the last 6 years,sounds good but still a very low score.and i know i will be associated finanacially with my husband,can anyone tell me is this good news thanks plz someone tell me tonight, x l |

i was made bancrupt nov2007 and clear nov 2010 i have my dishcharge papers through both of us thanks lorraine |

I'm no expert on credit files but it sounds like good news to me. However, if you apply for credit etc they may still ask whether you have been bankrupt.

Hi Nuishyboy
in relation to hubby it can take a few weeks to be finalised.
you can put a notice of correction on his file.
it is easy to reduce your credit score but a long series of steps to get the points back. patience is key.
skippys (tracey) blog and Paul @ Reviva fact sheet have great hints and tips

hi vicki this may explain why i managed to get o2 contract phone just recently,catalogue,im stopping at that as i got them to show on my credit file that im paying everything ,and it has showed up on my file as being paid thanks for reply lorraine |
